How to register and order your custom suit from Agonswim.com 

1.             Go to www.agonswim.com and click “register” at top

2.             Enter your e-mail address (please be sure it is your valid & complete e-mail address), and select "I am a new customer"

3.             Select your login name as either your e-mail address or name displayed on the screen (you will receive an email reminding you what you’ve picked).

4.             Follow steps to set up password of your own choosing, and to enter name/address/phone info.  Please remember to enter use a valid e-mail address, in case we need to contact you about your order.

5.             Select option "I am a member of a registered Agonswim.com team".  This will give you a list of all teams in your region.  Select your team name. Enter the name of your team contact (Michelle Clark) at the bottom.

6.             Once all demographic info is entered, you will reach a screen that says "Welcome to your account [your first name]".  Click on link that says "Order suits for Sigonella Swordfish" (half way down the screen). 

7.             This will bring up all choices of suits, and will display fabric and price. Click on "order item" button for the suit you want, and enter quantity by size.  Click "back" button if you need to order multiple suits of different styles.

8.             When all suits have been placed into shopping cart, click button "proceed to checkout".  Or if you would also like to order a swim cap, instead click the “accessories” link at the top of the screen.  Then click these following links: “swim caps”, “latex”, “solid”, and “orders”.  Select “yellow” at the very bottom of the dropdown menu, and click “next”.  Then select “latex” (or “silicon” if you prefer) and enter quantity.

9.             Enter credit card information (including cardholder name and expiration date).  We accept MasterCard, Visa, AmEx and Discover, or can debit your checking account through an “online check”.

10.         Select shipping method (FPO addresses MUST use USPS).  Remember each custom suit is made to order, so it is usually between 3-15 business days before ready to ship.  Also the factory will be closed from July 16-31.  No suits will be produced during that time.

11.         Review final order and click submit.

12.         You will receive an e-mail notifying you when your suits ship.  They will ship directly to your address, not to the team.  It is possible that your suit and cap will ship separately, but you will only be charged shipping once.

SIZES:  Agon suits tend to run large.  If you have not worn our suits before, a rule of thumb is to go down one size from the size you usually wear in other brands.  You can view our size chart at www.agonswim.com/sizeChart.cfm.  Custom suits are not exchangeable for size.

NOTE:  If you have already registered yourself on our website, but did not select your team at the time, you are in our system as an individual and will not be able to select the team suit.  Please send an e-mail to [email protected] to explain this.  Agonswim.com will add the team affiliation, and notify you by e-mail.  Then you will sign in (using your e-mail address and password already set up), and begin the process at step #6. 

Please be aware that, as a member of a registered Agonswim.com team, you are also eligible for team price on any discountable item, such as print or solid suits, even if ordering as an individual.  Select these items by clicking the link at the top of the screen (e.g. "prints", "water polo", or "solids") and putting the item in the cart as with any other.
