June 2002
So, I went to the Doc today, to get some info on my spider bites.  Apparently, they are all benign.  This is good.  After that, I did nothing.....until about 6 something.  I had completely forgotten that Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals was on.  So, I switched over to watch it and the Wings were already up, 1-0.  I figured that it was gonna be a close one.  WHOA!!!  Boy, was I ever wrong.  My ESPN started fucking up at about 6:45, at 3-0, so, I packed up and relocated to the store.  I got there just in time for the start of the 2nd period.  I saw that it was 4-0, was in awe, and then, within the next 8 minutes, the Wings had put 6 goals by Patrick Roy.  The man was just off last night.  He is the best goaltender in the history of hockey and he had an off night.  That's all.  So, then I got me a call from Jamie, drove to the Putt-Putt, and we proceeded to play some video games and then the mini-golf.  I got the high score on Raiden, TWICE, PacMan, and Galaga.  I also happened to win at Putt-Putt with a two over par round, of 38.  I was quite pleased with my play, but, the guy that owns the place really wants to give me a reality check.  I'm going to let him, sometime soon.  My left foot is completely healed now, so, I'm going to go and play myself some DDR tomorrow.  I'm not so sure that I can pull it off well, but, I'm gonna try.  It'll be fun.  Okay, well, keep it unreal. Much 'luv.  -daniel

I have learned that World Cup Soccer is my friend.  Whenever I stay up late, there is nothing on, except for every fourth year, and only if the World Cup is being held in the Eastern Hemisphere.  Anyway, the World Cup, coming from Japan/South Korea, has been a great time killer and makes for some good fun.  It's nothing like the hockey game I witnessed earlier this evening, but, it can hold its own.  Carolina beat Detroit.  He's a Cinderella boys.  Ron Francis scored that game-winner in OT.  It's a beautiful thing, really.  Just ask Jack.  We both want the 'Canes to win.  So, I should be getting my DDR within hours.  I'm really hoping so.  That would be a great start to my Wednesday.  I mean, the 'Canes win, much DDR playing.  Can it get better?  MOTHERF***ING RAIN!!!  Will this bulls*** ever stop?  I didn't even know that it was supposed to rain tonight and the damn Weather Channel would not talk about the weather.  So, I hear this loud sound, which is rain, and I go upstairs, and it's a downpour.  Of course, my windows are a little bit more than cracked.  I am damn tired of rain.  I used to love it, but, the rain these days is far too frequent.  I just finished mowing the yard yesterday.  Now, with all of this rain, it'll grow back in about 5 days.  Stupid weather.  Anyway, I'm re-indexing the quotes, so, that'll be broken for a bit.  Give me something for my Answer This and The Board. Thanks.  -daniel  written on 6.05.02
Yesterday was a fun day, only, by 9.30, I was f***ing pooped.  I was just so damn tired.  I had only slept 6 hours the previous night, but, I was just damn tired.  It may have also been the fact that I played DDR around ten times or the fact that I ate nothing.  Anyway, it was a good day, up until about 9.30.  Then, I went to play some Putt-Putt with some people.  Still, I have not lost.  Heh heh heh.  I am unbeatable.  Jack did tie me, but, I had much reason to suck as bad as I did.  Plus, we couldn't have a tie-breaker because that damn last hole eats your ball.  If the guy that owned the place had been there, he would have had to have done something about the tie, because he's like that.  He wants to wipe the floor with me, out on the course, and he will, when I give him the chance.  I also happened to beat Jack yesterday at Rampart.  I know that all of you care about that, but, I do.  Also, while playing the DDR, I had my a** handed to me by a little 8 year old kid.  It was okay though.  He played other modes and junk and he and his brother just kicked everyone's a**, so I wasn't too embarrassed.  I'm just chillin' out now, eatin' a bagel or two, waiting for Adult Swim to come on.  I've also been watching the World Cup, here lately.  It's been damn fun.  I enjoy it.  Okay, well, check out The Mulletin Board and the new Answer This question.  For the people that matter, take it easy and keep it unreal.  And for the rest, do the same.  Much 'luv.  -daniel  written on 6.03.02
USA won their World Cup match against Portugal.  This is only the fifth World Cup win in history.  It is also the first time since 1930 that this team has scored 3 goals.  It was exhilarating.  Anyway, I've yet to receive my DDR yet, but, I'm hoping that I'll get it tomorrow.  Maybe if I hadn't stayed up to watch the soccer game live, I wouldn't have gotten up at 3.  It wasn't all bad though.  I got up like 5 minutes before Andy Griffith came on, so, that was nice.  I hate getting up at 1 and then having to kill 2 hours before something good comes on.  I'm eating some melon right now and it's really good.  Canteloupe and Watermelon just rock the f***ing house.  I love it.  I can do honeydew, but, I would take the other two over it.  The Daily Show is also great.  Holy s***!!!  I lead this slow, boring life during the weekdays.  But, Fun Weekend 2.0 is coming up soon and it should just plain rock the hizzouse.  Kickin' it up to the Branson, Missouri area, then chillin' out in Springfield.  Hittin' up the Hooters, to mimmick the original Fun Day.  We'd probably catch a flick as well, go to Caveman Comics for the boys, then just do whatever else.  I drove up behind the big Beverly building, over on Hwy. 271, to go see the sky as the sun was setting and I see that they've put up a fence where you used to be able to park your car and overlook all of Fort Smith and I-540.  Anyway, do the Answer This and The Mulletin Board.  Keep it unreal.  Thanks.  -daniel  written on 6.06.02
Well, I be comin' at you, from The Store, whilst listening to the awesome Blank & Jones remix of the Pet Shop Boys' "Home and Dry."  DL this thing at all costs.  It just f***ing rox.  Oh, well, you may not want to if you don't like trance music(read: all of you, well, 97% of you).  So, I lost at Putt-Putt last night.  You think that a mere person from the street could beat me?  Huh.  You would be mistaken.  It takes a man that has played the game for more years than I've been alive.  It takes.......The Putt-Putt Guy.  He finally got his chance to kick my a** into submission.  I know what you're thinking......"daniel got f***ing stomped."  Only, this is not the case.  I lost only by 6 strokes.  Sure, this may seem like alot, but, I did shoot a 35 through 16 holes.  We didn't get a chance to play holes 11 & 12, so, I was a mere 3 strokes over Par.  That's pretty damn good for the hardest course out there(read:Course 1).  Anyway, that was about the extent of my day.  It really sucks when my computer can't seem to stay connected to the internet when I'm trying to DL music.  I also mowed half of my yard yesterday, only, when I finished the first half, the mower started smoking, so, I had to stop for the day.  I also got the new George Acosta album, Next Level.  I cannot even explain how much it rocks.  It probably won't leave my cd player for a week.  In closing, I think that Abraham Lincoln would be impressed with San Dimas.  I know I am.  -daniel  written on 6.04.02
Well, I do nothing.  It's official.  I sit on my a** all day long and do s***.  I wish that I did, but, I just don't.  I am one lazy motherf***er.  Anyway, I anxiously await the arrival of my DDR, as do many other people.  They all want a piece of the DDR action.  It is that cool, folks.  I got a new poem put up and a NEW POST on THE MULLETIN BOARD.  Check it out and get back to the people.  I'm nearing the 2000th hit on my counter.  If you happen to be number 2k, drop me a line because I'd like to know, just for the hell of it.  I was disappointed to see the 'Canes lose last night.  I know that it was totally expected of the Red Wings to practically sweep the 'Canes, but, after the Game 1 outing, I think that they can hold thier own.  DAMN THIS WORLD CUP SOCCER!!!  I love this s*** and I end up falling asleep at 6.00 in the morning because of it.  Oh well.  At least I'm not smoking crack and shooting up heroin.  I'm sure that my parents appreciate that too.  I could probably run a Meth lab out of my room and no one would be the wiser, at least around here.  Hmmm, I have the internet and cleaning supplies here......I could start making Meth.  Nah, it would be time not well spent.  I'd be getting f***ed up all of the time.....hmmm, then again....nah.  I can't be doing that.  Anyway, drop by my home, I reside there alot, call me, do something.  I need to do things other than DL music.  Keep it unreal.  Thanks for the 2k hits.  -daniel  written on 6.07.02
