As an onsite Project Manager and a single point of contact between Client and offshore team I am responsible for managing resources, Interacting with Business Analyst to Analyze business requirements, Prepare Unified project plan, Functional specification, Technical specification and provide knowledge transfer to offshore development team, arrange resources, determine scope of work, estimation of time & costing. Maintain RTM's, distribute work among team members and monitor project progress, resolve functional and technical issues, provide technical assistance and transfer of knowledge, expertise to team members, perform periodic reviews, ensure quality standards are met & influence team to achieve goal within specified time. Integration, Acceptance test (demo) of product to client & end users, deployment and signoff
