On April 7, 2000, the Delta Upsilon Chapter of Phi Beta Lambda traveled to Springfield , Illinois for the State Leadership Conference. We faired well, placing in many different categories. We are pleased to announce that the Southeastern Illinois College Delta Upsilon Chapter Website won first place in the state!
