1. This is the love that can be practise. Mat 5:44.

2. It is the love that is seen when Jesus said "Father forgive them". Lk 23:34.

3. It is the same love that was demonstrated by Stephen when he said "do not lay this sin to their charge" Act 7:60.

4. It is the same love that changed Saul the persecutor into Paul the servant of Christ who became all things to all men that he might by all means save some"

5. Love is always the expression or sign of faith. (Col 1:4).

    1. Genuine love does not exist in isolation, but will change whatever it touches 1 John 2:9-11.
    2. Biblical love is much more than an emotion, it is sacrifice. 1 John 3:16, Gal 5:13.
    3. It is able to endure suffering and yet remain sweet and kind. 1 Cor 13:4 , Matt 5:44, John 15:13. Calvary is the greatest expression of love.
    4. Love always seeks the highest good of others even at our own expenses.
    5. A relationship ceases when love is lost. Rev 2:4
    6. Nothing in life prepares you for unconditional love.
    7. We must understand His mercy or we will revert policeman or a Father.
    8. From John 4, we see some qualities of love:
        • Show respect without judgment or condemnation - verse 7.
        • Love see potential for growth and wholeness.
        • Love is constraining in irs power - verse 15.
        • Love is inseparable in its object - verse 27.
        • Love is supernatural in its understanding - verse 29.
        • Love is unchanging in its purpose - verse 25.

6. Conclusion: We began with Faith and we end with Love (verse 8) abound in you.
