He is a graduate of the International School of Ministry in Christchurch, New Zealand. (1988-1989)He ministers with a
Prophetic Annointing and is a Teacher of the Word. He is also graced with a Healing and Deliverance Ministry. Signs and Wonders follow his ministry.
He has been involved in Missions and Church Planting with a mission
emphasis to Tribal People. he has also taught in Youth camps, Church Camps and other Ministry Training Schools.
He has traveled extensively as a Prophetic Evangelist and ministered in the South East Asian Countries,
China, India, Australia and the U.S.A.
He has authored two books. They are entitled "Foundation Studies" and "Prophecy and You".
He is founder of Shiloh Streams. he is the Associate Minister of Faith
Covenant Tabernacle. He has been released to minister to the Body of Christ.
The Lord has anointed Ps. Israel Low to bring a word in season to edify, exhort encourage and to equip the Body of Christ for the Endtime
Move of God.
