Tomsk airport is situated outsude the city near Prokopyevsk so it takes about half an hour to get to the city center by car and cost about 15$ if you take a taxi and 3$ if you take a bus.
It will cost you 10$ more if you choose to be met at the airport and be escorted to your hotel
