Dir: Exit Covington Pike off I-40 (north loop);
Travel north on Covington Pike; it will turn into Singleton Parkway; Keep driving through all the cotton fields (20 min); Go West on Hwy 385 (Paul Barret Pkwy); Exit and go north on Church St; Turn right on Navy Rd; Turn left on 5th St; Turn right on Attu St; Now you are driving parallel to Navy Rd and you will see our gym on your left o'er yonder (Gym 82).
