The original saying is from the Movie ' Saint of Bernadette' 
A film  truly worth watching. The saying goes thus:-
                            

                                                      For all those who Believe in God 
                                    No Explanation is Necessary
                                    And for all those who dont
                                                     No Explanation is possible!!!

In a sense this saying is true. When a person truly believes in God he does so based on his own beliefs and conviction, 
 and when a person doesn't believe he too has his own reasons and he too defends his own point of view very very strongly.

Even though both the factions  may not have a very  clear idea or may not be even clear about their faith or disbelief  in God
 when it comes to an argument  both do defend their egos. Usually when it comes to any argument it is ego that  takes over
 and  hence arguments should be completely avoided.  Theists or devotees in other words  should never fight with non
 believers or people who criticize. Its of no use instead it makes the matters worse. It is very important for a devotee to be
 cool headed, loving and practical in his approach. Fighting doesn't show your devotion to the Lord but your ignorance and
 your ego. More harm is done by devotees who fight in the name of religion than Atheists and nonbelievers themselves.
 Its time devotees change their attitude. How can people who harm and hurt others , no matter how the other person is , be
 called religious. Most of the times people are killed even for expressing their own views!!! Is this right?  Its time devotees
 embrace peace and forget violence. Its time they stop correcting critics and defaulters and correct themselves and rectify their
 own mistakes.  Its time they stop  tailoring the religion to suit their own needs and desires and then fighting, looting,
 murdering, slandering, and doing all antireligious activities in the name of religion. Its time they understand  the
 essence of their own religion. There isn't even a single Messiah who says 'Kill others'. Yes lot of holy people and Messiahs
 have asked their people to kill evil, but that is the evil rooted in our own selves. No messiah has told  or ordered  devotees to
 kill others, loot murder etc in order to protect religion. How can Religion and Antireligion go together? No Messiah has said
 " Go and spread terror around you and force people to accept this religion only. How can terror and force go hand in
 hand with Religion, which stands for peace and freedom?      More.....Click here.  

Yes there are devotees who will cite the example of Ramakrishna Paramhansa and the incident where he advises one of his
 devotee to fight back when he hears people criticizing Ramakrishna, but, that was an exceptional advice for and exceptional
 devotee. On another occasion Ramakrishna himself scolded Swami Vivekanand for   fighting with his critics. Masters
 have their own ways of doing things and a prescription for one doesn't hold on to another person in another circumstance. 

What is the use of fighting with people who do not believe in God? They and their fate! A believer is any day better of  and
 less confused than a nonbeliever and in most of the cases , Psychologically more stable too!!!. First of all he has someone
 whom he can turn to in times of need and he has a very powerful support by his side at all times. A non believer is all alone
 and hence if he doesn't find materialistic support he cannot hope for the better  as in his dictionary hope and faith and
 mind and the spirit do not even exist!!!.  While a Devotee  may not be able to give concrete  proof and evidence ( When
 asked or challenged) about Gods existence only,  for rest of the questions he does have answers ' Yes  God has done that
 and that and everything else'. But a atheist on the other hand can neither prove about Gods non existence nor does he
 have an answer to all other questions cos he himself is wondering ' How did all this happen? From where has this world
 come? How...? How........ ?...' . 
Here are the two major mistakes atheists make. He  himself is non scientific and non-rational. He believes in something,  he
 does not even have concrete proof  and  evidence for, and the second mistake an atheist commits   is-  He calls himself
'A-THEIST ' !!!
