Otto VonKrotz was an evil monkey merchant and owner of the VonKrotz traveling carnival. Several crates of his monkeys were accidentally delivered to CoNGAC and VonKrotz came into conflict with them over the ownership of the monkeys. After several failed attempts to infiltrate CoNGAC, VonKrotz hit upon the plan to join COD, a rival cult, as CoNGAC exists to deprogram COD drones. His plan was to go to CoNGAC after becomming a COD drone so that they would have to take him in for deprogramming, after which he would jump up and grab all his monkeys and run away. However events haven't quite gone as he'd anticipated.
Otto now lives in bliss at COD as 'Jello Wedgie Hammock' and is part of a tuba quartet.
