Episode 22 - Dan The Man - With Mr. Ernst on a diet everyone tries to help out in making sure that he doesn't cheat. In the meantime, Danny thinks that he is responsible for the near-death of his favorite horse, Uncle Albert.
Episode 23 - Superstar - Hollywood heartthrob Bobby Rogers comes to the ranch for riding lessons as a critic for a dude ranch magazine is expected at the Bar None. When Ted finds out that it will be Brad giving Bobby Rogers his riding lessons, he becomes jealous.
Episode 24 - Bar None Babysitter - While trying to get a date with one of the guests, Ted unknowingly agrees to babysit the guest's little sister, Noel. Things only get worse when Ted somehow loses Noel.

Episode 26 - Take Me To Your Leader - When Buddy thinks he sees an alien on the ranch, nobody believes him... until they begin seeing it for themselves.
Episode 27 - Inmates Run the Asylum - Mr. Ernst is away from the ranch to buy horses. While he is away, he leaves Ted in charge and drives everyone nuts.
Episode 28 - Hey Cinderella - When the Hilliards come to the ranch, Melody sets out to impress Bobby Hilliard by basically taking on Brad's identity. When Bobby finds out, he tries to date Brad instead.
Episode 29 - Date Night - When Ted finds out that he has to go back home for summer school, he makes one last attempt at trying to get a date with Brad. She surprisingly agrees, and after the date, it's off to summer school for Ted.
Episode 30 - New Kid on the Block - With Ted gone to summer school, Mr. Ernst's nephew Jake comes to work on the ranch. Meanwhile, the gang starts to realize that with Ted gone, so are a lot of things from the ranch.
Episode 31 - Sewn at the Hip - When Melody's old friend, Amy comes to visit, Melody realizes just how much Amy has changed.
Episode 32 - Superstition - Buddy suggests that Jake should try out for a gameshow, and it becomes evident that Jake is an overly superstitious person.
Episode 33 - Dueling Ranches - The neighboring snake eyes ranch challenges the Bar None to an important game of baseball.
Episode 34 - Ex-static - When Buddy calls his mother (Mr Ernst's ex-wife), she comes to the Bar None insisting that she is going to take Buddy home. Buddy convinces her to stay at the ranch for the afternoon, and is determined to try and get his parents back together.
Episode 35 - No More Mr. Nice Guy - When Melody realizes that she keeps getting suckered into doing everyone else's work, she decides to toughen up and become "a sap no more".
Episode 36 - Killer Ernst - Mr. Ernst decides that the Bar None should host a wrestling match. When one of the wrestlers doesn't show up, Mr. Ernst pretends to be the missing wrestler to avoid refunding the ticket sales for the event.
Episode 37 - Melody's Brother - Melody's brother, Billy, comes to the ranch to visit. Before long, Melody discovers that Billy has an alcohol problem, and she must decide what to do.
Episode 38 - The Bad Seed - The staff agrees to look after one of the younger guests, Angie. Everyone thinks Angie is a sweet girl, except for Buddy, who sees the bad side of Angie first hand.
Episode 39 - Stick Around - In his first appearance on Hey Dude, Kyle is staying at the Bar None with his father, who happens to be an old love interest of Lucy's. Kyle and his dad are traveling from one rodeo to another. Eventually, Kyle makes the decision to stay and work on the ranch while his dad leaves for another rodeo.
