This may seem a little intimidating, but once you understand the technique, it goes pretty easily. I hope to have some pictures soon to help.

Begin tightly rolling the bottom of the first diaper with ribbon wrapping around the outside. When you begin rolling the second diaper add a third in the middle and continue rolling until all 10 are used. Wrap ribbon completely around then knot it to itself. Do not trim off extra ribbon yet.FEET

Place second diaper inside first about halfway down facing the same way as the first. Begin tightly rolling the bottom of the first diaper with ribbon wrapping around the outside. When you reach the end of the second diaper, knot ribbon to itself. Do not trim off extra.ARMS
Repeat for second foot.
Take two diapers. Place them with folded ends together. Cut a 1-1/2 foot length of ribbon. Sring it through the inside of both diapers along the fold and tie together. Do not trim off extra ribbon.HANDS
Take 1 diaper for each hand. Cut 2 lengths of ribbon about 1-1/2 ft. long. Place diaper on the end of the one ribbon, bottom (folded part) to top. Lay the other ribbon perpendicular to the first on top of the diaper. Begin tightly rolling the bottom of the with first ribbon wrapping around the outside. The second ribbon should end up with the middle rolled up and both ends free. When you reach the end of the diaper, knot the outside ribbon to itself and trim extra of knotted ribbon - leave the loose ends of the inside ribbon.EARS
Repeat for the second hand.
Take one diaper for each ear. Repeat with the same method as hands only eliminate the ribbon on the inside and do not trim extra ribbon.BODY
Tightly roll remaining diapers and ribbon (about 20), in the same manner as head until diapers are gone. Knot ribbon to itself and trim excess.
ASSEMBLING THE BEAR
- Stand body upright in such a way that it could roll if pushed. Drape arms over the top so that hands hang to the sides of the body with the ribbon and would stop the body from rolling were it to start, instead of over the flat side. Tie arms to body using extra ribbon on arms and trim.
- Get the hands. Open the diaper on one side of the arms and tie hand to the ribbon inside using the loose ends of the ribbon on the inside of the hand. The hand should hang down just to the end of the arm. Trim any extra ribbon. Repeat with the other hand.
- Place the head on top of the body and arms. The head should be facing the same direction as the body. Using the extra ribbon on the head, securely tie the head to the ribbon on the outside of the body.
- Lay the body down flat, so that it looks like a layer of cake. Then attach the feet with the extra ribbon in the same way as the head. The feet should be placed so that when the bear is standing up the body touches the ground as its bottom and its feet are on either side to lend support so that it doesn't roll away. Rolled ends should face the same way as the body and head.
- Stand the bear up and attach the ears to top on either side of the head using extra ribbon on ears. Trim off any excess ribbon.
- Place bib around neck of bear and tie.
- Glue or tape snout and wiggly eyes on face of bear.
- Decorate with whatever accesories you like.
