Indy runs through the forest, then he reaches a clearing and calls to Jock. He then enters another forest and swings off a high ledge. How did Jock see him?

When she looks at the money, the chain is off her neck.
When Indy ties Marion back up, from two different angles, her hair is caught in the rope, and then it's free.
When Indy is dropped into the well and he falls in front of the cobra, you can see the snake's reflection in the glass plate between it and Indy.
When the German is cut up in the propeller, blood spatters all over the windshield. When Indy frees Marion from the cockpit, where's the blood?

After Indy blows the dust off the shield, it still remains. In the next frame, it's gone.
Indy knocks over the knight's tomb, and Elsa is holding the torch. When they dive under water, he torch is gone.
After Marcus says, "He knew everything, except the name of the city", he slams the diary shut. Then it's shown open, and he closes it a second time. When Indy takes, it's once again open.
When Indy takes four horses, three are black and one is bay (brown with black legs, mane and tail). Sallah is riding a chestnut. When they ride to the Grail Temple, there are two black horses and two chestnuts.
When Indy falls onto the damaged gun, he is caught by the strap of his bag. But there is no way that strap could have gotten wound around the gun like that. Watch when he first falls, the strap is free of the gun.
When the tank falls off the cliff, the top gun breaks off. When it is shown rolling, the top is back on.
When Indy steps on the letter "O", the block behind it crumbles. When the block is shown again, it is undamaged.
When Indy pours the water onto his father's bullet wound, he shakes the Grail and the last drops fall out. When Henry takes the Grail, it is about 1/3 full.
When Elsa drops the grail for the first time, the grail is over a crack, the scene changes, and when it goes back to the grail, the crack mysteriously moved.
When Hitler signs his autograph he spells it Adolph, the American spelling of Adolph. Hitler actually would have used the German spelling, which is Adolf.
