| There are limited choices for headers when
using stock clutch linkage. Had to go with Hooker big block fenderwell
headers. They weren't made for an exhaust system. They dump straight
down. I had to cut off the collectors and put in a bend. Started off
with a 3 1/2" 45 degree mandrel bends, and cut them down and welded
them in. Bought the bends from
Auto Jet
and formed my own collectors. Then took them down to get ceramic coated.
I installed them and was amazed the room there was to put a power brake
booster. They might limit my front tire size though. |
