I'm involved in a bunch of great activities. You are about to hear just how
wonderful they are. Everything I mention below that has a website or email contact

I've always loved to hang out with my friends. Even though I haven't had one single best friend all my life, I do like to spend my time around other people my age. I'd like to take this opportunity to give a big shout out to Caitlin, Karissa, Sam, Keshia, Jake B, Coltan, Brenna, Zacchaeus, Katie K, Jeremy, Alex, Maria, Josiah, Josh, Michael, and all the other people at the theater, co-op and at Teen Works!!!
Ever since I could read, I've loved it. I like reading books that are so good that I forget I'm sitting on my butt, instead I'm playing Quidditch for Gryffindor. I LOVE books that take me away. I told a friend once, if I had to be imprisioned somewhere and I got to pick where, I would pick Powell's Bookstore in Portland.
I've been in plays at the Drew Harvey Theater in Yelm, WA since I was 10. I've yet to snag a leading role...**sigh** But anyway, the sense of family is amazing. We're all one team, working to produce a show. I'm so lucky to have found a place where I can have fun, be safe, and my parents don't have to worry about me. Fortunately or unfortunately I have never been in a play anywhere else. But I'm happy.
After I started acting, I began to have a greater appreciation for other actors and their performances because I knew (to some extent) what had to happen for a show to be successful. I absolutely love going to plays of almost any type, except for opera. **yuck!**
I played rec soccer for four years and volleyball for two years at school. Technically I've only played 5 years beacuse in eighth grade I played soccer and volleyball at the same time. I no longer play school sports because they are very restricting to my schedule. And even though I haven't played any sports since 8th grade I still want to.
I really like to go to see movies. (I like seeing plays better because in plays there are LIVE people, and not something that was shot a year ago and all the mistakes edited out of.) But I can still appreciate a good movie. My favorite genres are "chick flick" and romantic comedy. When I go I like to buy everything: popcorn, soda and candy.
I learned about my love for directing,and seeing the final project in a 4-H group. But this 4-H group dosen't have anything to do with animals. Teen Works is basically a 4-H group preparing teens to go into the "real" world. There are a bunch of different classes you can take to learn about a certain field. I'm involved in the Shakespeare and TV/Video groups. In the TV/Video group is where I discovered a great thing. It's a lot of fun and I've been learning a bunch.
