The goal behind the Environmental Funds (EF) webpage is to maintain a website where visitors can quickly find useful information abut the financing side of conserving biodiversity: definitions, sources, links, and discussions.
We developed the EF webpage in response to requests from colleagues across the globe who would ask for help in finding useful information on the web. Often they would end up asking for our bookmarks and links related to conservation finance.
Today the site also serves as a starting node for a group of people collaborating on biodiversity finance issues worldwide. We use this site for "one-stop" shopping to share links and information that are growing rapidly as more people join the efforts to finance the conservation of biological diversity.
