wisdom of an ancient Chinese proverb.
The was this pauper who suddenly stumbled on a bag of money. He
decided to keep the money. He said it was God's answer to his
prayers. He then had a dream in his sleep that night. He dreamt that
he became very rich selling chinaware. So , he quickly decided that
he would use the money to start a china ware business. So , he bought
himself his first stock of the goods , laid everything on a table in
the center of his room. He started thinking. "?..I `ll double my
capital every week and reinvest the profit to have new capital,?.I'll
double that also in another two weeks?..every two weeks I'll always
have anew capital to reinvest and double?.I'll do this for a year and
I'll soon be the richest man in town. When I become the richest man
in town, I'll marry a princess , one of the king's daughters?.after
the wedding I'll start maltreating her ?I'll kick her here and?''C-R-
A-S-H?..
He was jottled out of his reverie just in time to see the last of his
chinaware hit the cold hard floor. While he demonstrated how he'd
kick the princess his foot had caught a rather weak leg of the table
that held his dreams and all the chinaware now laid smashed on the
floor. Talk of a shattered dream.
