| PREMISE Set in the early 1990's, when Manchester was Madchester and raves were all the rave, 'SHOEGAZER' is a comedy/drama depicting the closure of a dilapidated suburban secondary school labelled with a bad reputation. The pupils and teachers spend the final, futile year together, battling each other's cynicism and low morale with humiliation and aggression: Kids against teachers... and each other. |
