February 20 Well, after a total of 7 weeks, I've only managed to get down to 172.4 but I've noticed more definition but I still have a ways to go, Im a little disappointed with the overall results but am pleased that I've been able to stick with it so far. The goal now is to look my best before Vegas. I want to go to the Mandelay Bay and just lounge in their version of the Calypso cooler like they have at Waterworld. I dont think I'll enter the Mens Health Abs Diet challenge cuz I'm sure I wont win but there is another contest with another organization that I might enter. I'll post pics of before and the 7 week progress and the final results eventually so that you can all laugh at me. January 30 Sweet, weighed in today at 172.8, which is strange, cuz i weighed in at 178 last week, but since starting the 6 week program, i've lost about 8 pounds. 2 more weeks are left and I hope to be down to 168. Once I get to 165 I am going to start focusing on lifting more and less reps and increase my sets to 3 instead of 2 and I may go Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. For Tuesday and Saturday, focus more on upper body areas such as chest, back, shoulders, and abdominals. Thursday and Sunday will be dedicated to lower body and arms, so squats, lunges, curls, pushdowns, and will begin to work on agility training, and on thursday will do abs as well. But it seems as though some haven't really been dedicating themselves to the '6 week challenge' as the rest of us and I'm pretty pissed off about it actually. Reason i'm upset is that I was under the impression that we agreed to start basically the monday after New Years which I think was the 3rd of this month. My main motivation was the talk of possibly going to mexico, (as part of the reward to whoever won) together and having a good time but now that doesn't seem like it will happen. One more thing gets me too is that this is supposed to be a lifestyle change and that some people would rather "enjoy life" by eating not so good foods more frequently. And fuck the bullshit that I have so much time compared to everyone else, ok, for everyone else, they work 40 hours a week plus 5 hours a week for driving plus another 5 for lunch at work. Assuming they sleep for 8 hours a day, that means 24-8-10 = 6 hours theoretically that they aren't at work. Give them 2 hours total to eat breakfast, dinner, snacks. That leaves 4 hours to workout, which should only take about an hour. So that leaves about 3 hours to do whatever, give an 1 hour to take shower, brush teeth, so 2 hours to relax, thats just during the work week, that leaves 16 hours do whatever on the weekends. So for a work week, they have roughly 10 hours to relax or do whatever. But an entire week is 26hrs of whatever time right? For me a week consists of 15 hours of work which includes the time to drive out there. I have 18hrs of scheduled class time, and theoretically im supposed to study 3 hrs per unit a week, which is 3*18 = 54 hrs. 8hrs of sleep/day per work week = 40hrs. I'll give myself 2 hours to eat whatever per day, and an 1 hour to shower, shit and what not. Total hrs in a week = 120hrs. Now lets subtract: 168-15-54-18-40-14-7 = 20. So you can make the arguement that I probably dont do 3 hours a unit of studying but I should. So I have 6 less hours, over 7 days. So dont tell me I have so much time to focus on eating something healthier than a chocolate pie and devoting an hour to each workout. That was some venting in case you didn't pick that up. The positive way I can look at this i guess though is that i'll be in great shape by the summer while others wont. Sux 2 b them.
January 27 Today was the Engineering and Physical Sciences career fair. Last year's outing for me wasn't so great, only talking to Lockheed and Anheuser. This year I wanted to speak to at least 10 companies, unfortunately that wasn't a possibility due to time constraints but I was able to talk to a rep from AMD, Intel, Anheuser-Busch, HP, Odenberg Engineering, Hitachi, and NEC. NEC is close to home but they weren't looking for any MEs but maybe next year. AMD had some promise as they had a co-op opening for a facilities engineer out in Sunnyvale. Intel told me to apply online as did HP and Boeing. Anheuser was probably the best talk I had, the rep lady was very nice and she gave me a lot of insights on their hiring practices as well as general hiring practices, they have an info night coming in February which I'm going to definately attend. Odenberg is a agricultural engineering company that hires students for the summer and trains them to be basically technicians to service their units that fail out in the field. The plus to this job is that everything is paid for (rent, i get a company truck, and food). The bad part is that I would most likely be relocated and according to their handout they have locations all over the damn place...Virginia? Hitachi Global Storage has some promise as well, they are hiring interns for the summer and will be doing calls in April and will be back in April possibly for the spring fair. If nothing works out which I hope isn't the case I always have Sac County to fall back on which isn't bad but I'd rather be doing something more interesting. January 20 Navdeep came over and hung out for a bit, she bought me a smoothie for my bday and gave me a card. She wanted to be included in this website somehow so I made this entry specifically for her.
January 10 Its my birthday!!!111oneoneoneeleven. Its actually kind of lame because its on a Monday but whatever, I dont really care, im 22, how old right. Anyway thats all. January 1 Happy New Year! We went out to the Grad last night and celebrated there, it was fun, lots of people, lots of dancing, lots of bodies moving, lots of girls getting smashed. Looking forward to this year for a few reasons. I'll be beginning Winter quarter as a senior and I am going to get in the best shape of my life. Hopefully if I can work things out I will head down to New Orleans around the 11th of March to see 311 on 311 day. Also, I might go down to Mexico after the six week abs diet challenge that myself and my roomates along with Sara are participating in. I really only want to lose about 10 to 15 more pounds which would be less than 10% of my body weight, the goal is to be very lean with a body fat % around 5-10% and to increase my strength, agility, and stamina. I want to say this will be a good year but you never know what may happen. December 23 Finals are over and unfortunately I didn't do as well as I expected in one of my classes but overall I am not too disappointed but I really should be doing better, I just cant force myself to sit down and study like I know I should. But what I realized in the last few weeks of the quarter is that its amazing how using the book as a guide when following the lecture helps you understand the material. I started this after I was given a reality check in my heat transfer class. I met up with Mary for a bit last Friday for a bit and it was so strange how much we remember back when were around 8 years old. I can't believe how busy her life is though, I thought I was under a load working through college and what not but she's doubling what I have to do. Been working this week at the office and its so unbelievably boring that I'm basically getting paid to talk on aim and email whoever. It sucks. I want a real internship, not something thats labeled as such. So today me, James, Paul, and possibly Jason will enter a contest between ourselves and possibly with Men's Health. Its called the Abs Diet Challenge and basically its a six week program that is built upon certain foods and a series of workouts focused to cut body fat and to gain lean muscle so that you strive for definition and overall fitness, instead of overall bulk. Here is a link: Abs Diet Challenge The contest between the five of us will begin on the 3rd day of January. On or before that day, each of us will have taken a picture of ourselves before the program and take measurements of our body fat percentage, body weight, and possibly waist/hip measurements. Whoever loses the most body fat wins. I plan to win this thing outright, the only one I believe I have to worry about is James, why, I dunno, but I feel the other three will not progress as well due to work, lack of resources, what not. We'll see though, I hope that everyone takes this seriously because in the end it'll be worth it. We'll see if i post my pic up on this site or not, depends on how bad I look. I might have a journal in the Misc section writing down everything I eat and pictures taken every week for the six week period. Thats all for now, I have to go to bed and spend another long 8.5 hours at work doing nothing important. I might leave early which would be sweet, well to anyone who reads this, Have a Merry Xmas and a Jolly New Year and for those who dont care for the festivities...have a happy holiday.
December 6 This past weekend was fun. All of us went out to the banquet out in Walnut Grove at the Ryde Hotel. It was nice. We had a lot of fun eating, getting buzzed and enjoying the company of good people. What made my night better was that I ran into Mary Henderson, a girl I used to go to school with back in elementary at North Country. I dunno what it is but I was stoked to see her after all these years. I told her I'd email her to get together for lunch but that'll be after finals. I'll have to ask Sara to get those pics up from the banquet up asap. We were all looking pretty damn hot. Finals are coming up, I actually have one in two days so I'll be studying my ass off in the library or the silo or at home, I'm going to try to avoid studying at home because I tend to not study whodathunkit. Alright, just killing time before bed. Good luck to those studying for their finals and goodnight to all!!!!!!!!!111oneoneoneoneoneeleven. November 27 Well, thanksgiving has passed and for the most part it went by rather smoothly. I was expecting to be bored out of my mind at home but that wasn't the case, it was nice to see the family and the food wasn't all that bad either. I stayed for about 7 hours then I headed back to Davis. Today James made some turkey and some other dishes for a post-Thanksgiving dinner with some of his friends and myself, Jason, Laura, and Sara(who made the bomb diggidy mashed taters). The food was really good and James was having a blast with his buddies. Right now as I'm typing this I'm resuming my little video project for my parents. I'm hoping to backup all the home movies we've made so far on VHS to DVD with a little up to date video of me and my sister saying a few words to our folks. I weighed in today this morning at 177.2, so I lost 2 pounds even with eating all the junk food on thanksgiving, so i'm pretty happy about that. Anyway, gonna work on the video back up right now then off to bed. Hopefully tomorrow i'll wake up to go workout and play some racquetball with Sara if she's up to it. Oh yeah one more thing, today Laura and Sara were talking about this girl in their sorority named Mary Henderson, I'm thinking its the same Mary Henderson I grew up with back when I was a kid. If so that would be trippy because I'll see her at the banquet this Saturday. Thought that was interesting. Anyway, thats it. November 20 Not much happening, working on the project for 150B, its slowly starting to be fully developed, by Monday we hope to have it built and ready for testing. I weighed in today at 179.2 but I haven't worked out in a week so it might be loss of muscle but whatever I lifted good today upper body wise. I did 70lbs for dumbell press which was good and 50lbs shoulder dumbell press, both 10 times. I set out a goal, by the 11th of December to be roughly in the range of at least 170-175 if things go good, goal is 165lbs without loss of muscle. November 14 I ordered an LCD panel on wednesday and received it Friday, its pretty sweet, I have so much desk space now and hopefully I'll have less headaches from the lack of eyestrain. Its a Viewsonic VP171b, someone I knew had the 18in version but the response time for the pixels was 25ms compared to the 17's 16ms so I think there are less colors for this panel but for gaming its better because their isn't much or any ghosting at all. Watch the Incredibles on Friday, awesome movie, very good animation and good laughs. Also found out last Wednesday that I'm going to a sorority banquet. Me, Paul, Jason and maybe James are going. I guess its at a 30's themed hotel so we're looking for suits to fit the occasion. Looking forward to it. Anyway thats about it. I have some pics of the house to put up in my photo album later. November 9 Today I just finished my last midterm for the quarter and hmm, it was tough, but not really hard. I didn't study that much for it but whatever, its over. I think I did well on my eme150b midterm and ok on my eme106 test. We'll see. Now I have to worry about is just two labs in 165 and a design project in 150 which I'll be working on today. Hopefully we get some materials, get a look at some of the metals we can use in the machine shop and do some other things.
November 6 I weighed myself today on Jame's fancy electronic super duper accurate scale and at 21 years of age and 6' I weighed 179.8, last week at 22 years of age and 5'11" I weighed 182.8, so assuming it doesn't make that much of a difference i'm seeing results. Anyway, had a midterm yesterday in 150B, not too bad, at the end of the test, me and some other guys compared answers and we had different results on some problems so i'm kinda worried but I think I atleast B'd that test. Also watched Saw last night, me, Paul, and Sara went out and it was good, not really scary, just disturbing, Sara was easily scared and Paul couldn't handle the gore. Alright, I have two midterms coming up so I have to study for those, Jagdeep was having a party at her place in Mountain View today but with these tests I have to do well because its the only midterm this quarter. Adios. October 31 This Halloween was boring in general, went out Friday night to this place in Woodland, it was alright nothing too special. Saturday didn't do much either, watched some movies and ate too much pizza. Today, watched my fantasy team lose by 60 points, and then just finished watching the niners lose to the bears. So basically this weekend was a waste of time and I didn't accomplish any studying. At least I went to the gym on Saturday. I weighed myself after I worked out, prolly should have done it first thing in the morning, but I weighed in at 182.8 or something, this sucks, need to get down to 175 before December. The election is coming up tuesday, I know who i'm voting for but all props I'm not quite sure on yet. But thats it for now, this wont be posted until hopefully tomorrow because our internet connection has been hit or miss lately and its getting annoying. Like Paul said earlier today, its like water, without it, it's like you can't live with it, its sad. October 24th AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! omg, can anything be more frustrating then trying to teach your parents how to do something so simple and yet they still can't understand it even if it meant their life depended on it, please someone shoot me. Anyway, had to vent, FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry. If you can't relate then good for you, your parents have the ability to grasp technological innovation in the 21st century. For my parents cannot and it seems like they never will. But I still love them regardless of their ignorance and incapacity to grasp the concept of double clicking on a folder and single clicking on a link.... October 18th Watched Team America: World Police today, went in thinking it was gonna be funny and it was so it was good, so go watch it and download the songs. I'm getting annoyed with my fantasy team, i'm losing by the small margins and its frustrating because of my bench players doing better than my starters auaghrgahga, anyway, hopefully it'll be remedied next week. Starting our second full week of class so time is already flying, fortunately I only have 3 midterms, one for each class, so I have a ways to go before I need to review and study til I fall asleep. On a sad note, I found out my grandmother's husband has been diagnosed with cancer in the kidney region and looks like surgery is the only hope to stop it from spreading so I feel sad for my grandmother. This is the second person in 4 months that has had cancer diagnosed, my cousin who is my age but about 4 months younger was having chemo(sp?) but his doesn't too serious but the fact that he is 21 like me and has cancer is scary and I just feel bad for him because he recently was hired by Sac County and was doing good for himself and now this. Its terrible. Well, enough downer moments. Time to go to sleep. America...Fuck Yeah!!!!
October 12th Whoa its been awhile, anyway. Fall Quarter began about two weeks ago and so far its been pretty damn...boring. My heat transfer class has to be the most tiring class out of the three, Prof. Lee just rambles on from the book and its pointless to be there unless its Tuesday because he gives you hints for the homework. My EME 150B class should be the most fun out of any of the classes i've taken, its my second design course and instead of individual projects, we're working as a team and we need to construct a gear box that actually will modify the torque output of our little motor that runs on AA batteries. Should be fun but I dont know that much about gear boxes and different gear ratios so I'm gonna have to do some research. My last class, EME 106 is a continuation of Eng 103 and 105 so its nothing new, the Prof is new so he's all about talking, no breaks in a 2 hour lecture and he doesn't even bother to crack any jokes. So at work we moved to new office in Elk Grove and today was very unproductive since I couldn't find some of these papers with numbers for people I needed to call. So I just went out and did what I was doing this summer. One of the students from Sac State who was working there before me got the boot because he was incompetent, which I'm finding very hard to believe because he is taking grad courses right now and seems like he is very intelligent but I guess he's one of those people...took a break in between this entry to walk with Sarah and Paul around the greenbelt around our house, that was fun. Well, this Saturday is the homecoming game for the Football team and they'll be going in at 5-0 hopefully they'll win and we can celebrate at Tim's BBQ which I think is after the game. Alright, well I got to work on my homework which is due tomorrow. BTW, my cousin gave me a link to his page, he's only 14 and seem to have a grasp on this computer design thing, hopefully he'll keep working hard and improve time and time again. Check it out by clicking the image below. One more thing, I only have one picture in my photo album which is of me and two of my eme150b project partners, I'll get more eventually. September 7th So, finally moved in to the new place, its sweet. Lots of room, the backyard that leads out to the green belt is nice, the neighbors are friendly and my new desk kicks ass. Anyway, we're hoping to have a bbq sometime this weekend. The details will be given later. I'm looking forward to Fall Quarter only because I get to cut my hours at work from 40 to more like 15. Thats about it. Later.
Nothing much going on, this weekend me and paul are moving out of aspen and getting ready to move in to our new place on Barcelona. Looking forward to moving into the new place but not moving all our crap we have. Still been working 40hrs/week and recently had been asked if I would be interested in working during the school year at least 12 hours, if its a sure thing i will definately do it and make time during the week to do it cuz i'm getting sick of working as an Aggie Host Supervisor cuz its boring, most of the personnel are slackers, our boss is well....lame, and there is no respect given to us by many big wigs on campus. Football is almost here, finally. More excited about fantasy than watching the niners this year cuz I doubt they'll go 6-10, let alone 8-8. But I have faith in my man Ken Dorsey, he'll show em whats up and what a former Hurricane is capable of. Anyway, thats all. Goodnight. August 16 Fantasy season for football started Saturday, my team is pretty good, it should be interesting to see if I can defend my championship this year but we'll see. Work is going alright, its not the most exciting work or the most hands on but it pays good. Fall quarter begins in a little over a month, looking forward to it mostly for the cooler weather and being on campus again. I can't think of much to write for this log but i'll try to update more frequently for the one or two people who click on the link on my profile on AIM. Anyway, thats all.
July 12th Tomorrow I start my job out in Sac County, I'll be making 12.64 an hour so if i work 40hrs a week, that'll be $505.60 per week before taxes, thats gonna be nice cuz I need the money to pay off debts and to buy all this new stuff that'll need to be paid off next summer. So these three weeks before working have been for the most part alright, just relaxed and been working out, watching movies, and hanging out with (in Tina's way) my gooooooood frieeeeeeeeends. The weekend of the Fourth, me and James went and visited Pablo's place of work and its really nice, the place is located on N street in downtown Sac and it looks like an awesome place to work, they had a bbq which is why we came down, the food was rockin, especially the ribs. On the 4th, we went to Davis high school to check out the fireworks show (since you can't buy any fireworks in Davis), all in all it was a good show, long and a good finale. Fantasy season is almost here cuz football season begins in September, about damn time, and well, as defending champion of two leagues last year, I am looking forward to repeat my awesome display of matchups so all you lame asses watch out, because we are putting 5 dollars each into it so that the winner will get either 40 or 30 for first place and 10 for second...i dunno, we'll figure it out but here are the teams so far. The Champions League: The Shockers June 24th Nothing new yet, my job in sac hasn't started and I dont know when it will begin but it better start soon cuz i'm running out of money, so that $480 before taxes a week is going to be nice. Started working out again after a very stressful finals week followed by commencements. It feels good, I'm getting numbers from girls left and right...i wish...but if something happens within the next week or so, this year should be very fulfilling. The goal is to get to 175lbs, i'm about 187, 175 would put me under the healthy BMI index so thats what I want and dammit it'll happen. I've given myself and others a timetable for 2 months to get in shape or whatever because I want to have some type of bbq at my house in antelope so we can swim and drink til the wee hours of the morning. 311 came out with their greatest hits album thats because they've been together for 10 years now. So once I get money, I'll pick that up even though I could make that compilation on my computer right now, it just wouldn't be right and I'd be ripping off my fav band so yeah. Alright, enough for now, gotta sleep and workout tomorrow. June 9th Wow, last time this damn site was updated was april 27th, i'm droppin the ball here. Anyway, school ended today, finals begin on friday and end the following thursday. I have two finals on Monday, which is ghey, and one final on tuesday and on thursday then i'm done with this quarter. I finally landed a student inernship/job for the summer with Sacramento County Water Resourses. Its pretty sweet, I'll be making 12-13 an hour M-F, so hopefully I'll have some extra spending cash now. I feel like shit, haven't worked out in awhile, so I'm going to be hitting it hard tomorrow after I take care of some paperwork with the place we're trying to move into next year. Its nice, its right near a lot of things like the bus line, grocery stores, Ding How, Guad. Alright, thats enough for now, i'm dead tired. April 27 Haven't updated in awhile, well, Jag has moved out, its wierd not having a female presence in the apt but we'll move on :( Me and Paul did our spring cleaning last Sunday, the apt is bare and empty now. But it looks better, we just need more furniture. I fucked up my feet pretty bad playing basketball without the proper shoes and now my feet are cracked and are bleeding slightly so right now I have gauze and gauze rolled around to help it heal. Argh, gotta complain a little bit too, my Dynamics class is annoying, its pretty hard and we have a midterm on Thursday and well, we dont get a cheat sheet. So i have to memorize these equations which aren't terribly difficult its just they can easily be written down wrong. So I'll be studying for this midterm tonight and all tomorrow. Yay. After work on Saturday night, me and James headed over to this party in oak shade commons. Nice complex, the party itself was small but it was playing great music. The alcohol was pretty weak, only had jungle juice and miller lite. Blah. We also some girl take a squat outside of the apt, not sure if she was aware that we were outside but I think she pissed anyway. In the end, the night turned out to be sweeeet! Thats it. no new pics. April 12 Ahh, Monday, classes are taking their toll on me. I'm slowly adjusting to the 8am everyday thing but at the expense of having no energy by noon. Oh well though, gotta stick with it. On Saturday, Paul and I got the bbq going, Jag came back from Lodi to come hang out one last time, Jeff and Megan came out of the woods and grilled some dogs. Johnny K, otherwise known as Naga, or Shadow Wolves to some of you finally made his appearance to the four individuals who wanted to whoop his ass, jk. But I'm glad you came out dude, it was fun. We played some football after we ate(bad idea), teams were : Da Mann Team: Myself, Lupe, Jeff, Johnny, and Sarah Alai We Talk to Fast Team: James, Paul, Megan, Jag, and Laura The game ended in a tie because we suck and everyone was tired. But it was fun and we hope to do it again soon. Anyway, myself, Paul, James, and James' roomate Jason, are trying to get this condo in West Davis and today we went to damn Acadian Properties to ask if they had received any applications for this place, they said no, so I got excited but then the stupid girl said they have tenants at another place interested so they get first "dibs" so my hopes and dreams were shattered right then and there. This place is pretty sweet. Its 4 rooms, big kitchen, big dining area, single car garage, adaquate living room area, a little backyard, a little front yard, and no neighbors behind or to the right of the unit. Its dead quiet. So hopefully we'll know if we can get this place by tomorrow. But say we get this place, me and Paul somehow have to get out of our lease for next year cuz the stupid managers here make us make a decision by Feb. 1. So, we might have to sublease, which would be lame. but we'll see. I've been hitting the rec hall the last week, trying to get in shape by summer, hopefully I'll actually do it this time. Alright, i'm spent.
April 7 Spring Quarter has begun and what the fuck again, my toughest schedule of my college life turns out also to be the most difficult in terms of classes. My schedule is shit because everyday I have class at 8am but Tuesdays and Thursdays are ok because I only go til 10am. Mondays are the worst and Wednesday is a close second. The classes are going to be difficult, all of them rely on differential equations. Which aren't terribly difficult but I'd rather do something else. So, damn you Dynamics, damn you Fluid Mechanics, and damn you Circuits. I wont damn my Mechanical Design class because its a design class and its more practical, the other classes are just engineering mechanics classes that are needed for later courses. I want to try to have a bbq this saturday...but right now, its tough to try to find out everyone's schedule to see if it can be done. But we'll see. Thats it for now April 1 Just got back from Las Vegas, all I have to say is that I had a great time. We left Sunday, March 28th around 7:30 and nine hours later arrived at San Remo, a little Hotel/Casino off the strip right across the street from the MGM. At 45/night, you can't really beat it. First night there, we walk around to check out what there is to do, Vegas at night is an awesome place to be. The weather was perfect as well. Anyway, first night we went to the Rio and went to the Bikini Bar nightclub which was great. All the girls working there were in their bikinis and their bodies were nice, especially the one behind the bar :) Afterwards, we tried to get into the ghost bar at the Palms but there was a line. The next day we had brunch at Wild Wild West which was to be the first of three meals there. The 1/2 lb burger is only 2.89 with fries, not too shabby. We then watched Bottoms Up, a comedy/showgirls show. Girls were hot, jokes were funny, good one hour show. After that, we walked all the way down to the stratosphere which from our hotel was around 3.8 miles, it was long, painful and I apologize to those who followed me. We had the buffet there which was good, and for some reason I had the impression that we could go up to the tower for free but it wasn't, otherwise it would have been a great view to see Vegas from atop the Strat's needle. Instead of walking back, we took the trolley for $2 and one hour later, was back at San Remo. The plan was to do something, like gamble or whatever but everyone went to sleep and so I went downstairs to the casino and played craps for the first time. Its really fun and I was up $50 til Tim came by and then I lost my winnings so I broke even. After I came back to the hotel, James and Tina woke up and wanted to walk around. This was around 2am, so we get Tim and all walk over to the Excalibur and started playing Video Roulette, that was fun because we all played with quarters. I won about 5 bucks there. During our roulette time, we heard a lot of commotion around the craps table. So I go over there and this old Italian guy is shooting really well. So I placed some bets on the pass line and immediately started winning, like in San Remo I was up 50 or so and then after he crapped out, It all went downhill and I left with only 21 dollars up. So we left Excalibur around 5am and walked over to the Wild Wild West to eat. Overall that was a fun night. Next day, me and Tina walked over to New York, New York and had some lunch while James, Jag, and Shavonne went on the rollercoaster, me and Tina then went and looked for deals on T-shirts but I ended up buying this cheap craps paper layout. We then checked out the Monte Carlo and myself, Tina, and Jag played a little more, I played Craps while Jag played some slots, I was up again, but then I lost it all when I got greedy and told Tina to play (with my money) and on one come out, I lost 25 dollars. So I left the Monte Carlo down 18 dollars overall. I was pretty upset about that because it was stupid how I lost it. Well, we get back to San Remo and me and James get ready to check out Showgirls of Magic, it was a magic show with some comedy, girls had amazing bodies and the tricks were good. After that, we met up with the girls at the Bellagio and watched the water show. We then went inside and walked around and then went back to the hotel where I then decided to play craps one more time while everyone relaxed for a little bit in the room. Not really wanting to shoot again, I did, and this time, I was doing great. I rolled a few sevens/elevens on the come out and rolled a lot of points. Basically, I was making myself and everyone else a lot of money. But it wasn't just me shooting good, others around the table were also getting lucky so two bud lights later and going up and down in my chip count, an hour and half later I left 80 up, its not much but with 5 dollar chips, and max 5 dollars bets on the pass, and 6 on the points, its good enough. So I was happy about that, afterward, went back up to the room to sleep while everyone else was trying to win. We then left yesterday around 12:30 and came back to Davis around 9:30, it was a long drive home but in the end I had a great time and look forward to going back. But I'm only going back if I have someone to go with as in a female partner because the amount of ass that you see will give any man a serious case of blue balls. Oh yeah, got my first A at Davis, pathetic isn't it. But I passed my classes and now I have a full load during spring quarter but I'm ready for it. Alright, enough, time for some sleep. March 22 Well finals
have arrived and I've only take one and all I can say about that
final was that it was f$%#ed up. It was difficult, but I wasnt the
only one who thought so, the whole section had problems and nobody
finished early, those who did leave I assumed gave up by their facial
expressions. I have another final today which should be quick, should
only take an hour and half at the most because I have to walk from
one building to another to take the lab portion of the final. Then
I have my last one Wednesday then I'm done. So lately my computer has been pissing me off. For some dumb reason, I like to modify my computer and am never happy with what I have for a long period of time. So I recently purchased a new processor, then I had to buy a new motherboard to accomodate it, and I wanted to run RAM in sync with the processor so I had to buy new ram. Well, lately the motherboard has been acting up and my computer restarts randomly throughout the day. Which I've heard happened to someone else so I bought a new one and should be here by Tuesday. Then thats it. No more upgrading, nothing until I save up enough to get a 20in LCD panel. A week from
today, I'll be in Vegas drinking and partying it up. Its going to
be sweet!!!!!! Alright, time to get some sleep before my final because
its 1:30 in the morning right now...my sleeping pattern has been
altered as of late again...but it was for a good reason ;)
and I added P-Nut from 311 to funk it up in here
