ALL INDIA SHITORYU KARATE DO FEDERATION� �

SPECIAL RESOLUTION

It is resolved that Dai Sensei Soshihan Dr. Moses Muthiah Thilagan's (alias Moses Thilak) authority and previous power given/conferred by the ALL INDIA SHITORYU KARATE DO FEDERATION has been reconfirmed. He being the senior most citizen who started shitoryu karate in INDIA and traveled to every nook and corner of INDIA spreading shitoryu karate, will be the chief of shitoryu India and hereby vest with powers of superintendence and control, including the disciplinary powers. All masters and instructors in the various degree of black belt in INDIA shall be subject to his control.
