1. They do not always close in the correct manner if you fail to to properly remove all of the toothpastse from the orifice in which toothpaste transpires.

2. Not closing properly would, in turn, cause the now exposed toothpaste to become quaggy and chewy.

3. In the event of a full hinge seperation from the tube, the toothpaste would become nothing more than a conglomeration of flabby and ultimately useless goo.

4. A groggy feeling in the morning can result in a lack of rational thought which would lead to forgetting about the flipping of the top.

5. Not flipping the top would cause the pressure of the toothpaste on the easily openable top to cause it to burst open like a floodgate and toothpaste would erupt all over creation.


Why Screwtops are Good:

1. Screwtop cap prevents spilling toothpaste should one forget to remove the top due to lack of rational thought brought on by morning grogginess.

2. Ridges make the cap easy to grip.

3. Cap can be reused for a near infinite amount of purposes after the entire supply of toothpaste is exhausted.

4. In doing so, the life of the environment would be prolonged due to the lesser amount of landfill space used by neglected and discarded toothpaste caps.

5. I pity the fool who don't use screwtop toothpaste tubes. Heil T!
