There is this certain underpass near my
office here in Makati. At 3am, it is my
personal playground when I pass by it during
my 45-minute breaks. It only has
me...
...and the sleeping security guard.
(I tell you he doesn't miss a beat with
his beauty rest).
Naturally the guard always turns off the
escalators at night. I wouldn't have noticed
this... if he had not started putting wooden
sticks on the escalators.
I can't help it. It makes me want to
limbo! ADHD on!
Responsible as the guard is with his
sleeping schedule, he is no push-over. Dude
was a security guard for a reason! The other
day I tried to walk past very near him with
ninja-like footsteps. I lost. With
horror-movie-like precision, he opened both
eyelids in a blur and gazed at me!
And then right in front of me flashbacked
the wisdom of a dozen
sitcoms...
"Biruin mo na ang
lasing, wag lang ang bagong
gising."
So I retreated with my plan of using the
frozen escalator instead of the
stairs.
But I swore to myself I'd return the
other day.
As it turns out, that other day was
today. You should see that ninja limbo I
just did.

This isn't over though. Fun has just
begun. Tune in for more updates.

Simba was told not to go to the
graveyard. But he did!
Not to be outdone, I'm here too!
The graveyard shift has always been a
no-no for me... unhealthy, dangerous and
all. But curiosity can kill all the cats
(just don't touch my pet
Fabulosahit on Simba instead; he's
a cat too!). QJ.NET,
the gaming news website where I work caters
to the spoiled American population. They
need their best at nightit's primetime
there.
Hmm... so is that why they
brought me here?
Anyway, the curiosity part was just
flowery language. Let's just say there
are perks from staying up all night.
Ka-ching!
Using the elevator with flickering lights
alone at 3am and overhearing passers-by
discussing the plot of The Shutter
(Haven't watched this, just disturbing
images) don't count though.
If you've always wanted to break away
from conventions, graveyard's for you. As
far as lifestyle is concerned, you're always
in the counterflow. Don't worry too. Night's
alive thanks to call centers. Convenience
stores galore!
(As for me, I have the sleeping
security guard to make my day. I'll take
a picture of him next time we
meet.)
But still, nothing beats having visitors
at 2am! Roro! Thanks! Ein,
that was sweet.

Si Chito
na kumakanta ng chorus ng Lando ni
Gloc 9. Nayamot ako. Walang
Kiko?
Wala
nga...
Andito na si Chito, si
Chito Miranda. Wala ngayon si Kiko, si
Francis Magalona...
Gusto ko na
magdabog.
Natapos na si Chito,
si Chito Miranda... ANDITO na si Kiko,
si Francis Magalona!...

Yey! Yey! Yey!
Ngayon ko lang nakita si Kiko!
Basta andaming
alam ng Parokya ni Edgar.
Sari-sari store na backstage, na naturingan
ngang backstage nasa gitna naman ng stage.
May drama pang last song na raw (na naulit
ng apat na beses)... tatagay lang pala
dun sa inuman ng Kamikazee,
Spongecola, Moonstar 88, at
Urbandub sa backstage.
Wag ka,
naka-wireless pa sina Gab,
Darius, at Buwi (pati mic ni
Vinci, na namasyal sa buong Folk
Arts Theater)kulang na lang pati yung
drumset ni Dindin gawing
wireless.
Ganun lang
lagi, makukulit pa rin. Pero matagal na
sila! Ganito katagal:
(1) Single pa
nila yung Halaga nung nag-concert
sila sa sa may amin. Grade 4 ako nun! (2)
Bago mag-Bt'X, lagi pinapatugtog yung
Silvertoes! English pa nga yung 3
o'clock prayer nun.
Wala e, 13
years. Pwede na talagang
mag-Greatest Hits concert.
Naks!
