Chi, the natural mother earth who holds, houses, and cares for us in her world. Hinoe: Actually, that's technically Taiitsukun, demooooo~ ^^ Ahem. Anyway. Chi is the mother earth, she who nutures us. But we do not really recognize it as easily as Hi or Mizu in the elements. X_x I mean, it doesn't even do anything like all the others do! x.x Useless crap. ^^; But this does serve as an advantage, as only a handful who have experience in Hell seem to know them. Chi is not even identified in the legends. Supposedly. Chi is never identified with anything except the Earth. There's no threat of life or death to take over, no real purpose. As no one knows these people, they can be identified as freelancers. They don't serve anybody. Unless they want to. If they can even identify themselves as seishi. They're not critical or essential in any way. "Those of the earth group are in constant touch with the material world and tend to be conservative. Considering the only two Chi seishi (so far)... this is yet another accurate reading. The Chi seishi don't even 'exist' until some 'dark forces' come into play. The two are highly practical, as they either don't identify themselves as a seishi or are just 'realists'. Chi just wants to protect her home and herself. She would never play the offensive. After all, she will come to the defense of herself. Of her children. She would not stand for those (relating to her) getting hurt. @_@ I dunno, for some reason, Chi reminds me of some traditionalist housewife... x.x; x.x or maybe it's cause she's the wife to Genbu.. Chi and Kaze, like Mizu and Hi, are a pair. Unlike Hi and Mizu, they're more like comrades. They don't create much friction. ^^ Like my aniki said, Chi is more for self-preservation. She doesn't NEED to make herself known as others are trying to force their views upon everyone else and creating a battlefield upon her territory...
