21) 1st block fitted. This is actually no 5.

22) Three blocks on.
This is 3, 4 and 5 with 3 uppermost.

23) Main unit assembled.

24)  I had a new radiator core made. This was very expensive but was the only option in the end. 
The tanks and side frames are cast iron and were all repairable.

25) I made a new fan cowl from a borrowed pattern.
This took about four days work but was well worth it.

26) Cowl fitted.

27) Engine ready to fit.
I made the stand to enable me to run the engine outside of the tank and also to be able to move it easily. It weighs 2.5 tonnes so is quite a handfull!
