| One of the final components of the technology plan, should be to examine the cost factors that have been identified in all phases of the planning process. A realistic budget will include predicted cost of staff development, software and hardware equipment, upgrades, networking and maintenance support. When those numbers are totaled, the authors recommend that five to ten percent be added in order to cover inflation and unexpected technology opportunities. |
