Evaluating the planning process itself is an excellent first step for evaluating the effectiveness of a technology plan. Information gathered during this time will be beneficial when additional planning or revision tasks arise.
It is recommend that the action plan be reviewed annually, with monthly updates of the plan�s progress. The action plan�s most strenuous evaluation should occur at the end of the school year it is implemented. The steering committee should critique all components of the planning process and the action plan including the curriculum and instruction, professional development, hardware and software, networking, financial issues and technical support |
