Once the offer is prepared, I will arrange for a presentation of your offer to the seller.  I shall do my best to be certain that your offer is presented in a very favorable manner.  Once we have received a response from the seller, I will advise you regarding the alternatives available to you. Typical responses from
sellers include the following:

Acceptance Without Change
Acceptance with Changes
Counter Offer on Price Only
Counter Offer on Price and Other Issues
Rejection of Offer

Every real estate transaction is unique.  The negotiating phase of a home purchase is often the most sensitive and critical step.  My negotiation skills and previous experience will be used to help you accomplish your objectives in a professional effective manner.

ATTENDING TO ALL THE DETAILS

There are many tasks that must be performed after the offer is accepted and before the closing can take place.  I will be involved in helping you accomplish each of these tasks.  Here is a partial list of things that must be done.
