| PERSONAL REPRENTATION AT CLOSING The closing requires the execution of numerous documents by both buyer and seller. It is, of course, critical that the closing be conducted in a professional manner so that no issue arises between the parties that could throw the entire purchase into jeopardy. I will be present at the closing to answer questions and explain any issues that may arise. If there are any last minute details that require attention, I will be prepared to address those also.
