First of all Thank You for viewing our website! It is our goal to get the word out about our 4 legged babies.

We at Sheldane would like people to know that we do our best at producing the best quality Great Danes possible while using the most ethical breeding practices possible.

The name Sheldane is a combination from Shelty (Shetland Sheepdog) and Great Dane. We did at one time breed Shelties, but had decided to concentrate on the Great Danes alone. We still have one shelty, Cuddles, who is 8 years old. She is retired, and will live as the family pet.

We have chosen two colors of Dane, Black and Fawn, not for any particular reason other than they are the colors I love the best. We do offer puppies, young adults, and adults on occasion.

My husband, Jeff and I have a small Brady Bunch, although ours consists of his, mine and ours. Heather,is our oldest, Brandon, is next, John,is next and God's sense of humor Kassidy and Keith,are the youngest. Yes they are twins!
