If I Could Have Three Wishes

Okay, okay. Be honest ladies, if we were really granted three wishes, wouldn’t we all ask for the same thing? In reality, I’d ask for, money, power, and beauty. In a poem, I can ask for anything I want because I know it’s never really going to happen. In this, I’ve asked for love, (aah, aint that sweet!) If you wouldn’t ask for money, power and beauty, why not let me know what you would ask for. This poem was written with ladies in mind, but what would you men ask for? Football on the TV twenty-four hours a day, and a girl with no brain and big boobs, or something a bit more down to earth. Let me know, and I’ll write you a poem, though I offer no guarantee that I will be able to make those wishes come true!

If I Could Have Three Wishes.
By Amanda Jay Clark.

If a genie gave me three wishes,
And promised to make them come true.
I wouldn’t even have to think about it,
I know exactly what I would do.
I wouldn’t wish for gold or money.
I’ve no use for wealth, you see.
So why waste a wish asking for it,
There’re three things more urgent for me.
Neither would I ask him for fame,
Or the power to rule the land.
Notability and authority are no good,
For the things that I have planned.
I wouldn’t even ask him for beauty.
Or a slim figure with a big bust.
For me to know true happiness,
There are three things that are a must.
I wouldn’t even tackle world hunger,
Or ask for peace from all war.
Nor the end to all the worlds suffering.
For those, I’d need three wishes more.
Wish number one would be easy.
So would wish number two.
Wish number three isn’t difficult,
I want you, you and you!
