His father is very interested in Kazuki's visions. He hypothesizes that Kazuki has visions of the parallel world and plans to send him there. Very impatiently, Ken Sanada is about to send Kazuki to the parallel world when Mitsuki reminds that they were only supposed to do a body scan. But Mitsuki accidentally sits on the transport switch and Kazuki is sent to the parallel world.

Storyline: 3/5 : This would definitely be a parallel universe to Evangelion. You got your whole main boy character,
his girl sidekicks, and the scientist father too! And not to mention the mechas too. But ther series is not as gloomy
and insane as Evangelion so the lighter happy mood may make it more enjoyable.

Art Work: 4/5 : The art was okay. As you come and go you see a lot like it. I liked D's character design though.

Music: 4/5 : The opening wasn't fantastic but acceptable. Listening to it too many times gave me a headache. The
ending was very soft and light, kinda like a lullaby.

Saishyuu Heiki Kanojo
  Creator: Shin Takahashi
  Total # of Episodes: 13
  Episode Runtime: ~25 min
  Rating: R
Brief Summary:
Ever feel like your girlfriend would suddenly yank a gun from somewhere and start pumping holes in your head? Its a bit more complicated than that for Shuji, the male lead of Saikano. Caught in the middle of a war, he finds himself climbing the devilishly high hill to school everyday instead of taking the bus, and tagging along behind him a cute, gasping girlfriend Chise. To cut a long story short, he and his friends are caught in a bombing of their Hokkaido town, and one of them ::gasp:: is crushed by the rubble. While his other friends sob over it, he sees a point of light fly by in true Gonzo style and wipe out the enemy fighters. It drops nearby, and for some unexplicable reason he runs over, only to find Chise sporting a gatling gun and wings, she, the ultimate weapon.

Storyline: 5/5 :Its.. freaking amazing... the depth of each character, mostly focusing on the two main, but
encompassing a world of emotion that leaves one breathless and crying. I'm still crying. If you took a generous
helping of eva action, grave of the fireflies sadness and your favorite bishoujo and/or hentai, mixed it all up in a
blender, you sort of get the idea. wah...AKEMI!!!!!

Art: 5/5 :I have to say Takahashi's sketchy manga style is only made prettier with Gonzo's own animation. Those
who have seen Gundam Seed, or FMP, know Gonzo's solid color block and flaky shading style. Coupled with the
sheer cuteness of Saikano's rounded characters, it makes a very pleasing and easy to relate to palate or people.
The backgrounds are very well rendered, standard Gonzo quality townscapes. Explosions, very pretty.

Music: 5/5 :It suits the mood very well, but you just dont have time to notice it, there's too much other stuff to
absorb. What sticks are the ending song Sayonara, which is very nice, sadder than puppy roadkill, and Chise and
Shuji's love song which plays from the radio every now and then, fitting the japanese northern town they live in.

Extra: This.. is a landmark. Made from Shin Takahashi's 7-volume manga, it still sports the original sketches
sandwiching the commercial breaks, and more important, it still has the memorable sadness and pain of a
wartime lovers story. Youll see..wah..Akemi...WAH!!!! this baby is right up there with eva.

Memorable quotes: "Aho!"-Shuji | "Gomenasai!"-Chise |  the last love song on this little planet

Story Line: 4/5 :Almost like Sailor Moon except less magic and more demented

Art Work: 3/5 :The action sequences were good, but the "transformation" sequences get old pretty fast as well as
some scenes that become tedious and over used.

Music: 5/5 :It moved the series along nicely, letting it play on emotions.

Extra: This series in the beginning was a pleasure to watch: action, drama, comfusion and bits and pieces of
teenage angst which appeals to the teenaged female population. However, the series got extremely disturbing
within the plot due to heavy ideas of incest, sex, and blended it all in with some light lesbianism. I
would definately not recommend this for the younger audiences even though it was orignally aimed towards
younger girls because of the magical girl scenario. Also the ending of the series will most likely leave some
audience members wishing they could smash in their televisions no matter how sentimental and revealing it
      may seem.

Giving her a waffle, the little fairy chows down and promptly falls unconcious. Saga carries her home, where she finds that nobody can see Sugar except her! Sugar insists that she is a season fairy who makes seasons, and Saga denies the fairy's existance until Sugar pulls out her magic picolo and makes a snowflake with it.

Storyline: 4/5 :I liked the simple architecture of the plot, which mostly revolves around the friendship between
Sugar and Saga. It befits a children's anime, but also gives you a deep impression about life itself. The story
gives you laughter, sadness, loneliness, happiness, and basically expresses a lot with a relatively small cast of
characters you get to know very deeply, given the length of the anime. I also liked the music element, binding
      everybody together.

Art: 5/5 :What first attracted me to this anime were the character designs by Koge Donbo. She had a small part in
its development, but the style is unmistakable, beautifully cute. Some people aren't able to stand kawaii
characters, but it works, and is suitable for a G rated anime. The background is wonderfully rendered, painted,
looks like. The story is set in a fictional small European town, and the architecture is something to look for while
watching TSFS. A small note, the wild piano ride in the last two episodes lets you see practically the whole town
and some outside, the ride itself animated action movie style, but it gives you a chance to look at the
      backgrounds.

Music: 4/5:The music itself is very beautiful, classical instruments, but it repeats a lot for the scenes used,
reminiscent of the game Okage, shadow king. Whats great is that they made separate instrument tracks of some
of the same songs, so first you get to hear Saga on a solo piano, then with Sugar joining in on her picolo, then
with the whole fairy gang working out Saga's favorite song. A lot of the music is essential to the plot, so watch
      with a good sound system.

Extra: I have to say, I was sadder than I usually am when I finish an anime. Its a very small thing, but the last
episode is a bit of a tear-jerker. TSFS isnt too far out of the extraordinary, but there are lots of original ideas in
the presentation that make you want to keep watching, even if its just to see Sugar bury herself in a mountain of
      "Wa-ho?"'s.
