EASTERN HEALING MASSAGE

Performed on a mat on the floor with the client dressed, Thai Massage uses two primary procedures.  The first of these applies pressure to energy points and lines of the body to stimulate the energy body and the internal organs.  The second utilises a large number of passive movements to open and balance the musculo-skeletal structure and to release blockage and restriction.

Eastern Healing Massage is both deeply relaxing and energising.  It helps to relieve both physical and mental stress.  It increases range of motion and flexibility making movement easier and less taxing.  It helps the body to return to a state of balance and postural integrity.  It assists the body’s innate desire to return to optimum performance and optimum health, contributing to a sense of ease and well-being.
