A word about copyright/infringement.


IT IS not my intent to display anything that is copyrighted nor to infringe on the rights of anyones material. Nothing found here is for sale by me nor have I or enlisted anyone to make these midis. All have been found thru searches on the WWW. Although I have been close to the entertainment field, I have never been, nor am I now, directly involved with it. This site has been done to somewhat honor those on the screen and those behind it. The enjoyment derived from the music, lyrics, and film industry is immeasurable.

NOTE: This website was born in 1997 using a 1GB HD on a Packard Bell computer w/win95. The site was was dismanteled in 2009 by Yahoo. As a result, it's reincarnation, may and will, be lacking many things you will not see or hear that the original award winning site had. prior to April 2009, approximately ten years after Yahoo! bought GeoCities, the company announced that it would shut down the United States GeoCities service on October 26, 2009. There were at least 38 million user-built pages on GeoCities before it was shut down. The GeoCities Japan version of the service is still available I am told.

HISTORY, no matter how it is presented, should NOT BE FOR SALE. Charge what you can get when the product is introduced, but not if it was produced 40, 50, or 60 years ago That is absurd! Do you believe that for the years you worked, done by you 50 years ago, owe you anything? I made .65 an hour 55 years ago. Residuals? You're kidding. Who really profits by this? Not you or me, Lawyers and Corporations will and do so happily, with greed.
