Mom, Nathaniel and dancing Benjamin overlooking the Sacremento Mountains. We hiked about 4 or 5 miles to see an old train trestle from the turn of the century, or rather what was left of it.
Dad and the guys at the start of the Osha trail. We did not hike this trail this weekend as we have hiked it before. But we did stop for a few minutes while killing some time. :)
Nathaniel and Benjamin trying out the pony rides. We went to an Apple Festival in High Rolls. It was interesting. Not as much apple stuff as one would expect at an apple festival, but we had fun. We also tried WineSap apples for the first time in a caramel apple. They were DELICIOUS!!!
All this fun just wipes Nicholas out! We rented a cabin for the weekend. I'm not sure what the kids enjoyed more: hiking,  apple festival and space museum, or just hanging around the cabin which had a treehouse, teetor totter and a supply of games we don't have.
Nicholas, just because he's so cute! Notice the ever-faithful pacifier...
