The West Virgina Excavation & Transport Company, as mentioned before, is a subsidiary of the WV&KY RR.  Its purpose in life is to provide earthmoving services for large construction projects, and run light rail lines for industry.  The WVETCO equipment is sometimes sighted on the Anns Creek RR, but its physical plant is made up of Bachmann Snap Track and may be set up anywhere for photo oportunities!  The ACRR and WVECTO swap equipment on a regular basis as well, so you never know where what wiull show up.  The time period drifts between 1920 and the mid 1950s.
