A restaurant had a idea of a mammoth oven. From a napkin drawing to getting information/ideas how to design a oven that has the appearance of a living thing. The restaurant is being open in Mammoth Lakes in December 2003. Helped with design of the restaurant itself inside and out. From the oven to the seats/tables to the kitchen sink.
