Currently, I am a Stage 2003 student at the University of Trento,Italy. This internship will last from January 8, 2003 to June 30, 2003. This is also the last semester of my undergraduation from BITS, Pilani. I am doing this internship as part of my Practice School - II program.

1. Internship at the University of Trento, Italy [January 2003 to June 2003] :
   I am one of five students selected for a six-month internship from BITS, Pilani, at the University of Trento, Italy. I will be working in the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications. The internship lasts from January 6 to June 15, 2003.

   Currently, I am working with Prof. Cristina Pinotti on:

   1. The Broadcast problem.
   2. The Channel Assignment Problem.
   
   
   
2. Student co-instructorship [May 2002 to July 2002] :
   As a student co-instructor, I supervised 18 students who underwent the PS-I program in three companies: U&I System Designs Pvt. Ltd., Yuken India Ltd., Rao Insulating Co. Pvt. Ltd., all at Bangalore, India. I assisted the BITS faculty in evaluation, assessment and monitoring of the students, and also provided technical assistance to the students. This was done as part of Practice School-I (PS-I) programme, conducted for students at the end of their second year by BITS, Pilani, between May 2002 to July 2002.
   
   
3. U&I System Designs Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, India [May 2001 to July 2001] :
   As part of the Practice School-I (PS-I) program, conducted for students at the end of their second year by BITS, Pilani, I spent two months from May 2001 to July 2001 in this company. My project team worked on the SMS-GSM protocol-stack, which was an active project in the company at the time. We coded part of the protocol-stack at the client-side of the network.
