To put down one common misconception about this game, I'll say the following: The game is by Disney, it does include a majority of popular Disney characters. However, it does not mean, by any stretch whatsoever, that this game is for kids. In fact, I think very young kids would be frustrated at times at the difficulty that was barely present in previous Disney titles.

Granted, the game definitely has a Disney atmosphere, but it also has a touch of Final Fantasy included in it, being co-made with Square. As a result the Disney atmosphere isn't as... overwhelming. In fact, some of the game environments look very interesting, even though all the levels (almost) take place in some part of a Disney story, whether it be in Maleficient's Dark Bastion or in the stomach of Monstro the whale.

Graphics: 10/10

No complaints whatsoever. Graphics are nothing eye-dazzling, but are still cool looking, nonetheless. No graphical glitches that I encountered, and the fact that the worlds are very in-depth without any lag time during some moments of high graphical output, I couldn't deduct a point without feeling bad. Overall, the game was smooth throughout.

Audio: 9/10

Music fits well with the atmosphere, however hearing Sora grunt after swinging his sword for the millionth time gets a wee-bit annoying. Voices are well-done, though getting used to hearing Haley-Jole Osmond (or whatever his name is) as Sora, does take a little while...

Difficulty: 10/10

The game was never too difficult or too easy at any point whatsoever, which is a major plus. If you find yourself getting owned massively, it's nature's way of telling you, "Go level up..." Leveling up takes a while, so the focus should not be on fighting, rather it should be on getting every little thing you possibly can... trust me, there's plenty of fighting to get experience (more on that later)

Storyline: 10/10

Ever hear the song "The Twist"? Well there's plenty of plot twists in this game to keep you interested for quite a while, as a little more is revealed every time you clear a world. Finally, at the end, everything comes together in a magnificent clash. No more on that ;).

Gameplay: 8/10

Very fast-paced battle sequences, as you have to make use of nearly all of the control buttons to effectively battle a boss. Only draw-back, there's a lot of experience points to go around, too many. This meaning that you will be under constant enemy fire throughout the entire game practically. A good majority of battles in the beginning are just a "Press the X button as fast as you can" event. However, as you progress through the game, they get a bit more complicated, and you are forced to rely more on your magic and strategic planning... very interesting, except the fact that this happens every 15 seconds or so. Quite exasperating when all you want to do is save the princess... (This seems familiar somehow... **cough Mario cough**)

Otherwise, the fact that you have full mobility and control on whether or not your character takes damage or not, makes for very interesting battles... No longer do you have to rely on "chance". If you get hit and die, more often than not, it's your own damn fault. ^.^

Overall Rating: 10/10

Can't really say too much except: If you enjoyed Final Fantasy at all, and like Disney the SLIGHTEST bit, don't rent this. Buy it asap, and at the time of writing, it's going for a very cheap price. So buy buy buy!!! ^.^
