Shamans of the Willow Moon is a coven that was founded at Ostara 2000 and dedicated in October of 2000. We are no longer a working coven. Our coven Elders have been spread to the four directions, and we are contributing members of this society we share. We believe firmly in the integrity of our intent and the right of all of us to be able to practice our religious beliefs in a manner befitting of what the God/dess asks of each of us in the journey of our Red Walk. We follow the tradition of Native American/Celtic Shamanism. We adhere to the Wiccan Rede and the Rule of Three. Yes we are practicing witches with each having their own specialities.
Shamans of the Willow Moon has been a proud sponsor and participate in the Charlotte Metro Pagan Pride Day since 2002 and the Catawba Valley High Country Pagan Pride Day since 2005. Lady Draigha Moon and Lady SilverHawk Moon have both been Local Coordinators of the Charlotte event from 2002-2006. Lady SilverHawk Moon was a co-Local Coordinator of the Boone event now the Catawba Valley High Country PPD in 2005 & 2006. Lady SilverHawk Moon continues to volunteer with Pagan Pride Day International as the South Regional Coordinator for the US.
Lady SilverHawk Moon is in the process of re-establishing the Coven in Eastern North Carolina, as time will allow.
