| III. Meeting Schedule A. Rituals 1. Esbats and Sabbaths may be held on their actual date or on the weekend nearest, as determined by the Council; except that Samhain shall always be celebrated on the night of October 31. 2. Once scheduled, a date shall not be changed unless two or more Members request it and the entire coven can attend the proposed alternate date. 3. During clement weather, rituals shall normally be held outdoors. During inclement weather, rituals shall be held indoors at the home of the host, or a place designated by the Council. B. Classes 1. Introductory seminars and other classes open to the public shall be offered at such times and places as the Council decides. 2. Classes for Dedicants and Members shall be held on a schedule determined by the Council, but no less than once a month. 3. The Council shall determine curriculum for classes. 4. No fees shall be charged for classes that are part of the Clan's regular curriculum. Clan treasury shall incur the cost of copying work needed for classes and student are expected to provide personal supplies. IV. Degrees of Initiation A. Dedicant B. Initiate C. The names, addresses, telephone numbers, and other information relating to individual members shall be considered confidential and may not be disclosed to non-members without express permission of the individual involved. B. All Clan teachings to members and Clan rituals and magickal workings shall be considered confidential and may not be disclosed to non-members. C. Disclosure of confidential information may, at the discretion of the Council, be grounds for expulsion from membership. VI. Responsibility Clause A. Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Clan as a whole, against any loss or damage, including theft or damage of personal or public property, injury, real or imagined, including but not limited to physical, mental, spiritual, social or emotional resulting from membership within the Clan. B. Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless any individual(s) within the Clan against any loss or damage, including theft or damage of personal or public property, injury, real or imagined, including but not limited to physical, mental, spiritual, social, or emotional resulting from membership within the Clan.
