Qns 1. How do I place an order?
Ans 1. Please follow the steps to place an order:
1- Create an account at this link. Log in (if you have already created an account).
2- Click on the order form at the bottom of the gallery.Then, fill in the form.
3- Checkout your order once you have confirmed. Invoice email will be sent shortly to you after .
Qns 2. Is there any minimum purchase?
Ans 2. We do not have any minimum purchase. There is no restrictions.
Qns 3. Can I still change my orders after checkout?
Ans 3. Yes you can still change. However, you will need to send in a new order to us. You will be given a new order number in the invoice email. The previous/old order will be cancelled upon request.
Qns 4. Can I still change my orders after payment acknowledgement?
Ans 4. No, you cannot change your orders once payment is made and acknowledged by us. This is because all orders are processed immediately once payment is acknowledged.
Qns 1. How do I make payment for my order?
Ans 1. Customer can refer to shipping and payment for more detailed information. Our recommended payment mode is internet fund transfer which is chargeless and hassle-free.
Qns 2. I do not have any bank accounts. How can I make payment?
Ans 2. You can still make payment to us by visiting any of our bank branches and do a transfer at the counter or using their cash deposit machine. Please keep the receipt as proof of payment.
Qns 4. Can I make payment by cash on delivery?
Ans 4. No, we do not have cash on delivery service.
Qns 1. How long do I need to wait to receive my order?
Ans 1. Shipment will arrive Malaysia in approximately 7 working days (not inclusive of local delivery time). Local delivery will take 2 - 3 working days. Working days are not inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays
Qns 2. Will I be informed of the delivery?
Ans 2. We will update all customers by email once their packages are sent out. Customers will be informed of their orders which have delayed or out of stock items.
Qns 3. Is there self collection mode?
Ans 3. No, there is no self collection. All packages will be handled by local post office for delivery.
