My encounter with Shakaya was cool... Well I just got back from a picnic and I was walking with a friend of mine tellin him how much I love Shakaya and that one of the girls in the group is a relative of mine... I walkin along until I saw the girls gettin ready to perform at the Big M Day at Indooroopilly... I ran upto my cousin gave her the biggest hug as I haven't seen the girl since she left high school... But it was good too see that she has followed her dream.. and kept on going it really inspired me to go for my dreams... Shakaya are a great group down to earth bunch of girls... which is great to see... and its good to see a R&B girl group from Australia... Shakaya are Number 1 in my books... The girls are magnificent performers I have seen them at a few events... for instance Stylin Up at Inala etc |
