With below Utilities you can use old menu i.e. Classic Menu in Office 2007. To use new features in office 2007, use Ribbon interface. To Minimise Ribbon press CTRL-F1 (Toggle Key) or double click on any TAB Name.

Once you fully explore Ribbon, you would like to use new Ribbon UI. For Excel, PowerPoint, Database, afterwards you may mannually delete this Old Menu\Classic menu by right clicking on it & select Delete Custom Toolbar. For Words, you need to remove addins from startup folder.

Enjoy Office 2007.

1. Excel Menu - 2003 Ver. 1 : (only for Excel-2007) (updated 16/06/2007)
   
   1. Adds Worksheet Menubar, Standard Toolbar & Formating Toolbar in the
       Addins Tab.
   2. Need to load (i.e. same way as you open other workbooks) only for the first time. Don't try to install as an addins as excel will display error message.
   3. All this three toolbars can be mannually deleted by right clicking on the toolbar
       & selet Delete Custom Toolbar.
   4. The Addins File Size is only 20 kb. VBA Project is self certified signed & having 6 lines of vba codes.

2. PowerPoint Menu - 2003 Ver. 1 : (only for PowerPoint - 2007) (updated 22/07/2007)
   
   1. Adds Menu Bar, Standard Toolbar & Formating Toolbar in the Addins Tab.
   2. Need to load only for the first time.
   3. All this three toolbars can be mannually deleted by right clicking on the toolbar
       & Select Delete Custom Toolbar.
   4. The Addins File Size is only 14 kb. VBA Project is self certified signed.
   
   
   
   
3. Word Menu - 2003 Ver. 2 : (only for Word - 2007) (updated 13/08/2007)
   
   1. Adds Menu Bar, Standard Toolbar & Formating Toolbar in the Addins Tab.
   2. You can mannually copy this addins to Startup folder of Words.
        Otherwise Open this addins (same way as you open other word document)
       and Enable Macro to automate this addins to save in the Startup Folder.
   3. The Addins File Size is only 27 kb. VBA Project is self certified signed.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Database Menu - 2003 Ver. 1 : (only for Access - 2007) (updated 06/08/2007)
   
   1. Adds Menu Bar in the Addins Tab.
   2. Works only for Database created from this Utility.
   3. The File Size is only 12 kb. VBA Project is self certified signed.
