Hours of operation are 7:00 am to 5:45 pm. My rates are very competitive with the surrounding area daycares.
I do offer a preschool program, lots of art projects, outdoor play, and much more. The kids have a great time painting, coloring, using playdough, playing in our huge yard, and we read A LOT!
We have circle time where we go over the calendar and talk about the weather. Then we sing songs, and talk about things that are happening. Some days we have show 'n' tell or other special events or surprises.
Some of our lessons and reading are from bible stories, and we always say grace before lunch. Manners are a big part of our learning experience as well. Even the youngest ones learn to say please, thank you and excuse me.
We have a large front room that is set up entirely for the daycare. There is a pretend kitchen area, dress up area, quiet reading nook with lots of pillows and a giant stuffed bear. There is a project/eating table, tool bench, puzzles, and tons of other toys and activities.
I serve breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack. I am licensed for infants through school agers. I have an 8yo son, Jeremy, and a 2-1/2yo son, Kyle, and 4 month old, Joey. I've been doing daycare since Jeremy was 12 months!
