The Vitae are always watching the other races and their is always some mystic gently guiding their affairs for some grand scheme beyond the comprehension of even other Vitae.
The Vitae scoff at the Magi and their pretentious belief that their races name means "Wise ones". The vitae maintain the belief that all Magi are fools for causing the cataclysm and generally only watch to make sure they stay out of Vitae lands. Rogue and Rebel Vitae however have skirmishes with the Magi on occasion.
Some Vitae seem to be working towards the return of the long-lost race of Ana Shey'Ets. Those who are not are saddened by the lost of their former allies. Most Rogue Vitae care nothing for the lost race.
The Vitae are aware of the Malach but for the most part ignore them since their numbers are so small. The Vitae do pay attention, however, to particular Malach when they enter communities of other races they have been tending to or somehow muck up part of a plan. The Rebel Vitae seem to be fascinated with the movements of the Malach.
The Vitae are fascinated by the unique combination of brilliance and ignorance encompassed by the Wraiths. Many Vitae experiment with the Wraiths and are partly responsible for the "untouched" that the Wraiths see as an ill-omen. The Rogue and Rebel factions of Vitae tend to ignore the Wraiths completely
The most complex relations the Vitae have are with each other.
