The Magi hate the Vitae with a passion. They are jealous of their abilities and longevity and would do anything to steal these from the Vitae and then wipe them out. Most Vitae live near the base of the Vitae mountains in order to keep a close eye on them.

The Magi often use the Wraiths to carry out menial parts of their plans. More intelligent Magi realize that the Wraiths are intelligent and could be useful in more complicated matters if constantly pressed to complete them. Many Wraith communities have sprung from 1 or 2 Magi manipulating them to their benefit.

The Magi know almost nothing of the Malach and the Ana Shey'Ets. To them they are just myths told by their grandparents make sure they were vigilant.
