General Creation Guidlines
· All people have a past that makes them who they are. We expect every character to be fleshed out to make the character a person, to bring your mystery to life. Realism is key, as is actually fitting your stats and story to your concept. The STs reserve the right to condone or reject any character, character concept, or stat sheet.
· It's a fact of the world that you can't go around with grenades, swords, or machine guns, much less high class explosives. As such, illegal and controlled weapons and equipment is heavily restricted, and does, at this time, need approval from the head ST. In addition to approval, a character will need the proper contacts, allies, or influences to get these items.
· Moving against an enemy, or in favor of an ally, with Status or Allies does require ST intervention. Decide what you want to do, how you want to accomplish it, and the ST will see if you can do it, and effects will be applied.
