THE “SHADOWILLOWIST” A NAME, GIVEN TO AN INDIVIDUAL AS A NICKNAME AS PART OF A TARGETING PROCESS, WHEREBY HIS REAL NAME WOULD REMAIN AS ANONYMOUS BECAUSE OF THE POPULAR, 12 STEP RECOVERY DRUG AND ALCOHOL TREATMENT PROGRAMS WHICH IS ONE SOURCE OF AGITATION AND TARGETING, ALONG WITH THE SUPPORTIVE SERVICES SYSTEMS WHICH TREAT ADDICTS. AROUND THIS CENTERS A HOAX WHERE STALKING, AND STALKING WITH ELECTRONICALLY GENERATED SOUND WITH VERBAL HARASSMENT ABUSES, USED AS A TOOL FOR HARASSMENT; TO SPREAD AN ENCODED STORY WITHIN MEDIA ALSO, AS A TOOL FOR HARASSMENT, IN ORDER TO REACH AUDIENCES WORLDWIDE, EN MASS, WITH POTENTIAL FOR MANIPULATION, AND AS A PRECURSOR FOR MIND-CONTROL OF OTHER TARGETED INDIVIDUALS, WHO MIGHT NOT AGREE WITH CITY AND STATE POLICIES REGARDING TREATMENT, OR ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER.
Prior to 1989-1996, there was as far as I knew, or was concerned about, no such thing as a “THE SHADOWILLOWIST. In the English language, or American culture. My only thoughts, back then living in Westchester County, were to take care of my recovery. Which meant attending meetings in the popular, preferred method of treatment for addictive behaviors, the popular 12 Step programs of Alcoholics and narcotics Anonymous. During this period I stared to experience an harassment at my residence, more noticeably so after a staff member from New York Hospital, Cornell Medical Center’s Sleep deprivation and research Unit 3 South had moved into the apartment below mine.( See Http://www.geocities.com/rationaldl/index.html ) With the aid if building staff, and they were caught by me in the beginning, setting up a syatem where by they might use or develop a systematic way of using sound, electronics, as a method of harassment, along with sleep hypnosis, from neighboring apartments. It was based on my hypno-therapist’s smoking cessation tapes, and relaxation class tapes used by staff at my drug rehab hospital’s detox unit.
As the scheme unfolded, she was reported to hospital authorities. Then things started happening outside in the neighborhood, and today as, targeted people know, by personal experience and now call events of this nature, gang group or multi-stalking began. Simply put, this is stalking by a group of individuals banded together for this purpose, rather than just the old fashioned single stalkers we usually have experiences with or hear about. Stalking and its harassments, went on almost twenty four hours a day. There were screams aimed at me coming from unseen people in the neighborhood, just hidden voices on the street.
Even NA members, who I had known for years, were ringing my door bell and shouting obscenities, as well as individuals from the welfare hotel and neighbors. Messages, in the form of graffiti pictures, articles left around my building coinciding with grafitti, and verbal abuses, snide remarks were thrown my way, just within earshot, by total strangers, all meant to convey messages. Neighborhood vehicles equipped with sound systems, rode around different neighborhoods screaming out nasty remarks about myself and others. One car belonged to my building superintendant’s ex boyfriend. Dead animals were left in the building and on my path to the store. All this led me into, at a later date, one very large social services, and state department of education collaborative, connected network devoted to this style harassment, and the use of sound for electronically delivered verbal harassment.
This led me to the idea that union workers from several unions do carry sound used wherever union members have a capacity to see a target and confront him with sound, as a method for harassment of targeted individuals also. They also use outsiders, they include non union members who become agents and agencies devoted to such harassments. This helps with misleading the public as to who, where, why, and what, the origins of these terrorist groups are about, and the actual reasons for ongoing terrorist harassments, with media and state education connections taking part.
Due to unauthorized entrances to my apartment by maintenance staff, working for the super, and the super herself, in an effort to see my written life story for the popular 12 step group NA, and fears about subsequent publication of a book based on these harassments, especially as it relates to their connections to other 12 step employees within the building, other steppers, and old politically connected girlfriends, not active within the step groups themselves, but actively engaged in this 12 step therapeutic community, harassment.
Threats of prosecution culminated in more harassment and resulted in a set up, a fingering by members of AA and NA, and a vehicular mayhem, outside an NA meeting, all of which has been covered up, distorted, and ultimately led to a step up in actual realtime and sound harassment at the Westchester community College, and the Fashion Institute of Technology.
One method of spreading this word and engaging the public en mass was to keep the story hidden, encrypted, or encoded, later to become an ongoing harassment of major proportions, a HOAX, on the public by the entertainment media. The way of spreading this story started out using sound and subliminals in media pieces, world wide and which I feel became a precursor for mind control, en mass, and a way or method to target almost any individual anywhere, anytime with sound.
All were figuring that I, as a 58 year old man with chronic severe lung disease, would succumb, after being manipulated by the agencies within our system which, are politically supportive of the 12 step AA and NA groups, into another town away from the origins of the problems. Being here now, I would now be isolated and away from my town, having been directed into NYC, for college, and being homeless, after a fire displaced me, to become part of the NYC shelter placement systems. To then arrive at a pre-picked Catholic Church owned facility. This facility was pre picked as part of an overall manipulation, years before I thought of living or attending college in NYC. Now leaving the doors open for more encoded games, blackmail and ongoing harassments, within the confines of the supportive services systems which treat addictive behavior, and addicts. Just by using my fourth step life story for blackmail. They are mostly 12 step AA and NA oriented and are staff members of the overall homeless heath care systems..

It became clear that sound harassment brought to the public, in relation to my NYC and NYS harassment is being used and that it is more than just a local event, and is as I say a precursor for these agencies to, target anyone anywhere, anytime. This is why many targeted people claim that it, (harassment) follows them, even from city to city.
