Here is a segment from Blip Tv. The parade part is unimportant. What I am trying to capture and it is difficult to, is that electronic verbal harassment is a real phenomenon, but that it not only pertains to targeted individuals, but that also, a version of electronic harassment in NYC is rampant everywhere. It is the tartgeting of an innocent person, which through media, is fed or piped anywhere in the city. My thesis is that there is a low decibel type audible, tapeable, electronically generated verbal harassment sound, used as a cover, a ruse, pulled on the public, in order to propagate the use of sound as a mind-control weapon everywhere. By instituting it everywhere, it opens the door for electronic, verbal harassment sound everywhere, on anyone at anytime.

It explains that catching this electronic verbal harassment is extremely difficult, because it comes from the background, from the buildings, air or near a sound booth microphone.               This verbal stalking harassment was seen on, NYC television also by untold thousands, many times. It reveals the fact that there is an underground, not an above board group, involved with the use of sound as a cover for, electronic harassment, that they operate in many different areas, at once and that specific individuals have been targeted.

            Due to this process, I believe that others may be isolated by this same method and group.

If you pick up on this please notify in writing the NYS Police, the Mayor Office of NYC, the NYC City Council-person in your district. Then write [email protected] explain who you contacted and what the outcome was. Another individual had contacted his City Coucil member’s office only to be told to check into a hospital ward.
