What?
Ah, you want to know the secret of AcademicTeam. Let me show you... It is formally known in the college circles as "Quiz Bowl", but we have decided that the word 'quiz' is not too appealing to those in the High School, especially New Rochelle (Then again, "Academic Team" sounds like a bunch of geeks with pocket protectors patroling the halls, offering free tutoring. As you can see, we weren't able to recruit any freshmen...)
Where & When?
We have regular meetings, which include intramural matches from old question packets, on Wednesdays, afterschool. These are held in Mr. Stirpe's room, Rm. 135, when he is here. When he isn't, we just break into his room and hold a meeting anyway...
How?
In a nutshell: You answer questions for points.
Slightly more detailed: As a team, you buzz in to answer a question for points. If you get it right, you get points. If you don't, your team beats you up and the other team can answer.
